The continued demand for additional space prompted SASOL Pension Fund to acquire six agricultural holdings in Zambesi Drive, Montana Park across from the very successful Kolonnade Shopping Centre.
Managed by JHI Properties (Pty) Ltd t/a JHI, the 30 000m² Kolonnade RETAIL PARK opened on 29 November 2006.
This one leveled shopping destination, anchored by the new concept Pick 'n Pay Hypermarket taking up 12 441m², compliments the Kolonnade Shopping Centre and fulfils a definite need to Pretoria residents living north of the Magalies Mountain.
Conveniently situated a mere 2km from the N1 Polokwane Highway, on the corners of Zambesi Drive and Enkeldoorn Avenue, this 'U'-shaped development with its 41 stores adds value to the rapidly developing Zambesi Drive.
The many commercial and residential developments built over the past ten years have resulted in Zambesi Drive being earmarked as one of 11 business zones in and around the Tswhane Metropolitan Area.
